Halloween Spiral Pastry Stuffed with Pumpkin and Cheddar
I hid a pastry I love for years because I couldn't find a word for it in English. Halloween finally gave me one: a spiral of wafer-thin black and orange crust, wrapped around pumpkin paste with a molten heart of cheddar.
